Sylvan Lake Fireworks

Accepting an impromptu invitation from James, I went with him and Shauna to a Young Adult outing to watch the fireworks over Sylvan Lake. It was a great time and the fireworks were beautiful!

The Day the Color Balance of the World...Shifted

It was a hot summer evening with the rumblings of storms in the air. When I looked outside, the sky was this odd yellowish color, which changed into this orangey-pink.... Pretty interesting, and the buzz of the internet for a while!

Lake Onnawanna has subsided enough to let me mow the back 1/3 of the yard. What do I find there? A secret garden! :)










What's better than a rose in a vase? A vine of roses in a vase! And, yes, my living room is really red....
